If you have experienced the loss of a loved one and your grief feels like too much to bear, we invite you to participate in a series of in-person Bereavement Group support sessions, presented by Penny Yellen, (MSW, RSW) the Clinical Bereavement Counselor for JCFS. This will be Session #3 and it will be held at the Simkin Centre located at 1 Falcon Ridge Drive.

This is a free, non-denominational, multi-session program, providing support, education, and healing for anyone struggling with the loss of a loved one. You MUST register to attend.

Penny is a mental health professional and experienced therapist with experience in grief counseling. She will help you work through these intense emotions, memories and anxiety, and help guide you as you overcome the obstacles to your grieving.

Please note: There will be no meetings on May 16th or June 13th.
