Adjusting to Motherhood: Magic, Myths and Mental Health

Review on why motherhood is a natural time of adjustment, some of the typical adjustments to expect, and the diffrence between these and mental health difficulties such as symptoms of depression and anxiety that can arise at this time. Suggestions will also be provided on how to cope as a new mother and support new mothers around you, including discussion of community resources.
