Mental Health Counselling and Support Groups

At Jewish Child and Family Services, highly skilled and trained therapists assist clients with a variety of issues that often arise in everyday life. JCFS opens doors for Jewish Winnipeggers seeking supports with addiction issues, including counselling, referral and family supports. During times of grief, JCFS offers services related to bereavement in the form of counselling and group sessions to help you cope with the loss of a loved one.

Senior Concierge

The role of the Senior Concierge is to reach out to seniors in the Jewish community so they remain connected and engaged. The senior concierge project is an initiative of the Jewish Federation of Winnipeg’s Sub-Committee on Aging, implementing the Community Forward plan, with Jewish Child and Family Service as the lead partner.

Financial Aid and Student Scholarships

Are you a student preparing for the next stage of your education? The Jewish community is here to help you achieve your academic goals through scholarships, awards and bursaries. In addition, our community also offers interest-free loans to Jewish residents of Manitoba who are experiencing a temporary hardship and are in need of financial assistance.
