Are you supporting a family member who is living with mental health challenges? Could you use some support and guidance?

JCFS is offering a six-week support group for seniors who are caring for a loved one with mental health issues.

This is a FREE program that will run every Monday from May 13th, 2024 - June 24th, 2024 at the Asper Campus. Participation is free, but registration is required!

NOTE: There will be no meeting on Victoria Day, May 20th.
